Accepting these terms and responsible use
Using solariqeva.world and placing orders through it means you accept these terms and any additional conditions that apply to specific services, such as wedding floristry. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site and not submit orders. You promise that any information you provide, including contact details and delivery addresses, is accurate and that you have permission to use the payment method you choose. You also agree not to misuse the site by attempting to interfere with its security, copy content without consent, or use our materials in ways that break applicable laws in Canada or in your own location. -
How our service descriptions and offers work
Our site describes bouquets, floral compositions and related services as clearly as we reasonably can, but all offers are subject to availability, seasonal variation and confirmation. A listing on solariqeva.world is an invitation to place an order, not a binding promise to supply. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept only when we send a clear confirmation, usually by email. We may decline or cancel orders, for example where items are unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or we believe there is misuse, always aiming to explain our reasons where we reasonably can. -
Pricing, payment and charges
Prices shown on solariqeva.world are in the currency stated on the site and may change from time to time as seasons, supplier costs and studio expenses shift. Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply in your region. Payment is usually taken at the time you place the order, through the methods we make available, and your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. If we need to adjust a price due to a clear error, we will contact you to discuss options before proceeding.

Ordering, delivery and collection
Because we work with natural materials and real schedules, timing is important but not always entirely within our control. When you place an order we will agree an estimated delivery or collection window and we will take reasonable steps to meet it, using couriers who understand they are carrying flowers, not ordinary parcels. However, traffic, weather, access issues and other events may cause delays or changes. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers where needed. If no one can accept the delivery, we may leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate, or contact you to rearrange, which may involve additional charges. -
Changes, cancellations and larger projects
We know plans can change, and we try to be flexible within what our studio and suppliers can support. For everyday bouquets and smaller compositions, changes or cancellations are usually possible if you contact us with reasonable notice before we start preparing your order or commit to specific flowers. For larger projects, such as wedding floristry or multiple event pieces, we will agree separate timelines for deposits, design approvals, changes and cancellations, which may include non refundable portions to cover work already done and materials already committed. In all cases we will explain what is still possible at the time you contact us so you can make informed decisions. -
Quality, variations and if something goes wrong
We prepare and handle our flowers with care, but natural products vary and will not always match photos exactly. Small differences in colour, size, shape and stem selection are part of normal floristry, especially when we work seasonally. If you believe something is materially wrong with your order, for example serious damage on arrival or a clear mismatch with what was agreed, you should contact us as soon as possible with photos and details so we can review. Where an issue is confirmed, we will discuss practical solutions, such as repair, replacement where feasible, or another form of reasonable adjustment, always within the limits of applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property and use of our content
All content on solariqeva.world, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download or print reasonable portions for your personal, non commercial use in connection with planning or ordering flowers from our studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, resell or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Using our brand, photos or designs in ways that suggest an endorsement or partnership without consent is not allowed, even if you credit us. -
Limitations of our responsibility
We provide solariqeva.world as a helpful guide to our services, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free or perfectly matched to every device. To the extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, such as missed opportunities or perceived reputational harm, and any direct liability we cannot exclude will be limited to a level that remains reasonable in light of the size and nature of our studio. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law, disputes and final points
These terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province where our studio is established, together with the applicable federal laws of Canada. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve informally, it may, where required, be brought before the competent courts in that province, although we always prefer to talk first and look for practical solutions. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply as far as the law allows, so that the overall agreement still reflects a fair and workable understanding between you and our studio.
